Family passion

Daniele Siccardi’s dream has always been to manage a restaurant immersed in nature, where he could offer his guests a unique culinary experience, capable of delighting the plate and pampering the soul.

In 2001, this dream came true. Thanks to his commitment and perseverance, Daniele created the Ristorante al Fiume Stella, a magical place on the banks of a river in the lower Friuli region, where the harmony of nature blends with the wisdom of cooking.

Daniele decided to entrust the reins of the restaurant to his daughter, Nikita e Naima, with their respective partners Giuseppe and Marco, supported by the experience of their father and the precious strength of their mother Marinella.

A passing of the baton that represents not only an act of love, but also the certainty that the passion for cooking and hospitality will continue to shine within the walls of the Ristorante al Fiume Stella.

The professionalism of the staff chosen by the Siccardi family translates into a service that is attentive to the needs of each guest and the joy of the new generations gives the restaurant a touch of freshness and vitality that conquers from the first meeting.

Daniele Siccardi has passed on his passion for cooking and hospitality to his family and his staff.

Since he was a boy has worked among pots and ladles, curiosity and the desire to grow have pushed him to travel in search of new experiences and flavors. In this way he has absorbed the gastronomic traditions of the cultures he has encountered, enriching his culinary baggage, without ever losing the thread that unites him to his origins linked to Venetian cuisine.
